Can I rent for less than a week and is the rental period always Saturday to Saturday?

Normally the rental period is weekly, and the normal changeover day is Saturday but some owners are completely flexible and are willing to consider any booking length (especially in the low-season). For rentals of less than a week or to allow mid-week arrivals/departures please contact us and we will be delighted to indicate the properties which have this flexibility.

How do I reserve a property for my holiday?

Once you have found the property for your next holiday, please fill out the reservation form, read the terms and conditions and we will confirm the availability and price. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the full amount is payable six weeks prior to arrival along with a fully refundable security deposit.

How do I pay and can you accept Visa/MasterCard?

We accept banker's draft (made payable to Just Property Spain S.L.), bank transfer (please contact us for more information and payment through PayPal which allows payment through a secure website with a credit card.

We are pleased to offer the alternative method of payment for your holiday bookings using PayPal. PayPal is an account-based system that allows anyone with an email address to securely send and receive online payments. PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending email. Members can instantly send money to anyone with an email address. Recipients are notified by email that they have received a payment and that is all we need to confirm your holiday booking. Personal accounts are free and by using SSL technology to keep your information safe there are no security issues. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This eliminates unnecessary worry about paying people you don't know and ensures instant confirmation of your booking. Most PayPal transactions clear instantly. How will I find the property?

You will receive a map and directions to the property shortly after the balance is paid. Depending on the individual property, there may be instructions of how to obtain the keys (at a central and easily found location) or there may be the owner or one of our members of staff to greet you with the keys at the property. We can arrange an airport pick up on request (at additional cost).

What time can I check in and what time must I check out?

The time for check-in is after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Checkout is normally by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you require any special check in/check out times, please contact us and we will look into the situation.

Is there any linen or towels provided?

All bed linen and hand/shower towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Is the kitchen fully equipped? Is there a washing machine?

Kitchens are equipped with the basics. That would include a sink, stovetop, an oven, 4 to 6 settings of dishes, glasses, cutlery, sauce pan, frying pan and basic cooking utensils. All properties will have a washing machines unless otherwise stated, please refer to the individual property details.

What happens if I have a problem during my stay?

If there is any problem with the property, please contact us immediately – we will endeavor to resolve it as soon as possible. Please be informed that it is not completely unheard of, here in Spain, to have small interruptions in water and electricity supply.

Is maid service included?

A weekly clean and change of linen is included in the price with each property. Depending on the individual property there may be more services needed (pool cleaning and gardening for example). This information will be included within the property details.

Are additional service staff available (cleaners, chefs, babysitters)?

Yes, we have a list of additional services which includes all this information. These types of services would incur an additional cost.
